Position Description

We are seeking a Technical Writer responsible for preparing, updating, and managing engineering and ISO-related documentation in collaboration with the QA and Engineering teams.

This role focuses on ensuring all documents are clear, well-structured, and compliant with quality management system (QMS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and engineering documents.
  • Maintain document version control and ensure formatting consistency.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and QA teams for document reviews and approvals.
  • Support QA during audits by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure proper document storage, tracking, and record maintenance.

Education & Certification

Must Have

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing within an engineering environment.
  • Understanding of ISO documentation and QMS standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
