Position Description

We are looking for a highly organized Executive – Admin & Operations to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the MedTech division. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, finance, and operational teams.

The candidate will assist in vendor management, procurement coordination, payment tracking, and maintaining operational documentation. The role also involves maintaining inventory logs, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring efficient coordination across production and finance teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
