Position Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Lab Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the biology R&D laboratories. The role ensures the lab operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal quality systems while supporting assay development and translational research initiatives.

The Lab Specialist will manage laboratory operations, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and documentation processes while ensuring biosafety compliance. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate across research teams, vendors, and operational staff.
